I have a new EP titled *MiddleEarth EP*, and you might be curious about the name. I’m a huge fan of J.R.R. Tolkien and his work. My appreciation for his stories began in high school during my senior year when one of my ex-boyfriends introduced me to Tolkien by watching the extended version of *The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring* and the theatrical version of *The Two Towers*. I also saw *The Return of the King* in theaters in December 2003.
I own several of his books and hope to expand my Tolkien collection. I’ve read some of them and wish to read even more. The books I currently have are: *The Hobbit*, *The Lord of the Rings* trilogy, *The Silmarillion*, *The Unfinished Tales*, *The Fall of Númenor*, *The Fall of Gondolin*, *Beren and Lúthien*, *The Nature of Middle-earth*, *The Book of Lost Tales* Volumes One and Two, *The Lays of Beleriand*, *The Shaping of Middle-earth*, *The Lost Road and Other Writings*, and *The Return of the Shadow*.
I watch or own most of Tolkien’s works, which have been adapted into movies and television shows. This includes the animated films “The Hobbit” (1977), “The Lord of the Rings” (1978), and the Amazon Prime series “The Lord of the Rings: Rings of Power.” On Blu-ray, I have both the extended edition trilogies for “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit,” as well as “The War of the Rohirrim” on DVD. However, I have never seen “The Return of the King” (1980).
