This song was inspired by “Cry Me A River” from Justin Timberlake, my imagination, and personal experiences. The song is basically if Sam says F you, Frodo, but he does not in the books, mind you, or in the movie “The Return of the King”, when Frodo took Gollum’s side and told Sam to go home, but what if Sam did, but then again, we all know Sam is not petty, but I am. The song is about how much you sacrifice for someone. Still, they don’t realize how much you change emotionally, mentally, and physically through each sacrifice that you are not the same person, or how you try to keep them safe. Still, instead, you went on a journey that has irretrievably changed you, that you are a flesh and blood ghost – alive but not really.
